1. Principal Consultant (HR)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational diagnosis to identify clients’ needs
  • Consult, advise, and propose HR solutions to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes
  • Facilitate meetings with key client stakeholders to understand their business and to identify project scope
  • Develop and present proposals to clients’ management team/ key stakeholders
  • Maximize clients’ business performance related to human resources by introducing or marketing "best practice" programs or services
  • Oversee project team to drive projects
  • Build a strong, credible project team that is responsive and business minded
  • Conduct HR training programs and assessments
  • Keep abreast of HR trends and development
  • Reporting to CEO

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management and Development
  • 8-10 years of experience in HRM, HRD and consulting, in Singapore and APAC
  • At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Must be ACTA certified
  • A strong track record in establishing HR strategies
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, influencing, verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems
  • Dynamic, results driven, positive attitude, strong desire to be successful, outgoing, independent, quality conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
  • Strong presentation skills to engage and convince clients and decision makers
  • Experience in WSQ programs and HR programs will be viewed favourably
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)


2. Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, security and up-keeping of IT hardware and software, office and facilities
  • Set up laptop/ desktop, new user account and password, email account, Gmail account, Google calendar, server access, printer access, door access and issue mobile phone
  • Source, negotiate, manage and liaise with vendors, suppliers and contractors
  • Procure office and pantry supplies
  • Manage and update filing and asset inventories
  • Manage room rentals – prepare quotations and follow up to close
  • Ensure and maintain required documentation for compliance with local safety and environmental standards (ie. BizSafe audit) and other governmental regulations
  • Update and maintain filing for CEO
  • Any other duties assigned by your supervisor and CEO

Requirements

  • Mnimum GCE ‘O’ Levels with 2 to 3 years of relevant office administration and IT experience
  • Meticulous, reliable, good follow up skills and able to produce quality and accurate work
  • Independent, team player, resourceful, has initiative and good problem solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet timelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

3. Sales Consultant (A Few openings)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of sales activities for the company’s products and services
  • Maintain daily client contacts via face-to-face and cold-calling to achieve revenue targets
  • Generate, develop and secure new leads as well as grow existing accounts
  • Engage potential clients to determine their needs and work with faculty in developing program proposals on time
  • Organise previews for potential clients and participate in marketing events and activities
  • Secure registrations for open classes
  • Create and manage new and existing database for outreach
  • Prepare sales and marketing collaterals
  • Co-develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, plans and promotional activities to create brand awareness and fulfill business targets and objectives
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
  • Follow up with collection of payments
  • Keep abreast of current marketing conditions, competitors’ information and conduct market analysis, proposing and improvising sales strategies to keep the organization’s competitive edge in the market

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in 1) HR Training and/or Consultancy or 2) Cleaning industry
  • At least a Diploma in Business/Sales or GCE ‘A’ Level with related experience
  • Proficient in English – spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients will be an added advantage
  • Dynamic, results driven, positive attitude, strong desire to be successful, outgoing, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting timelines
  • Sales and service oriented with an enterprising mindset and ability to close deals
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills to address potential clients and decision makers at information seminars and marketing events
  • Experience in WSQ programs and HR programs will be viewed favourably
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)

6. Project Manager (Course Development & HR Consultancy)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage timeline & quality of development and consultancy work
  • Conduct research for development & consultancy work & analyse research findings and materials provided
  • Develop frameworks & Competency-Based training programs
  • Assist in preparing, organising & facilitating of industry validation and focus group sessions
  • Make adjustments to ensure and expedite the completion of the projects
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as management, clients & developers during the development project
  • Maintain proper records of development & consultancy work, including notes of meetings & version control
  • Track project development to ensure that project costs are within budget & timelines

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma qualification preferably in HR and one year of course development experience
  • Good oral and written communication in English
  • DACE certified
  • Experienced in development of WSQ based training programmes
  • Effective interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Result-oriented and able to multi-task

7. Sales Consultant (Learning Technology)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of sales activities for the company’s learning technologies (LT) products & services
  • Maintain daily client contacts via face-to-face and cold-calling to achieve revenue targets
  • Generate, develop and secure new leads as well as grow existing accounts
  • Organize and participate in marketing events & activities
  • Conduct LT products demonstrations to potential clients
  • Create and manage new and existing database for outreach
  • Prepare sales and marketing collaterals
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and purchase orders for clients
  • Co-develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, plans and promotional activities to create brand awareness and fulfill business targets and objectives
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
  • Follow up with collection of payments
  • Keep abreast of current marketing conditions, competitors’ information and conduct market analysis, proposing and improvising sales strategies to keep the organization’s competitive edge in the market

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • At least a Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related
  • Proficient in English - spoken and written
  • Dynamic, results/sales driven, positive attitude, strong desire to be successful
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment & meeting timelines
  • Sales and service oriented with an enterprising mindset and ability to close deals.
  • Experience in selling learning technologies will be viewed favourably
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office program

8. Tele-marketer

  • Identify prospects through telephone directories and other prepared listings.
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to inform them of our programs and services by following a prepared sales script to give service and product features and benefits, price quotations and answer questions from clients.
  • Find out prospects’ needs such as the challenges they face in managing staff or staff training and reactions of prospects contacted and enter information into computers.
  • Schedule target number of appointments for sales managers to meet with prospective clients or for clients to attend sales presentations and program previews.
  • Have strong desire to make outbound calls to identify sales opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads, profiling database and event campaigns.  Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals or businesses.
  • Perform e-blasting of EDM to database of existing clients and clients prospected.
  • Handle high volumes of calls including clients’ inbound enquiries but no selling is required.
  • Key and update data into database system.
  • Update company website and social platforms (eg. Facebook, Twitter) to increase outreach.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘A’ levels and above, fluent in spoken English.
  • At least 1 - 2 years' of Call Center/Contact Center/Customer Service environment.
  • Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, prospecting and customer service skills..
  • Immediately available.
  • Singaporeans or PR or work permit holders only.

9. Caregiver Trainer (Freelance)

Job Description:

  • Deliver classroom and home-based trainings for caregiver learning programs
  • Actively participate in the center's trainers' sharing and other program validation sessions

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Nursing/General Certificate in Nursing, specialise in elderly care
  • An Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) qualification will be an added advantage
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a healthcare/eldercare setting
  • at least 1 year of experience in delivering classroom training
  • Must be a team player with good communication and counselling skills.
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work on Weekends
  • Proficient in English and a second language i.e. Mandarin or Malay or Bahasa Indonesia to communicate and liaise with course participants.
