Jansen Chua Trainer Profile

Jansen graduated with distinction in his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Driven by his passion in leadership, he holds a Master of Education specializing in Leadership, Policy and Change from Monash University. He holds a Specialist Diploma in Learning Science from the National Institute of Education Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He is an ACTA certified Trainer, certified Emergenetics Associate and certified Human Behaviour DISC Consultant.

He is known for his passion in inspiring people to learn with his dynamic presentation style. His forte lies in his ability to connect with people and to bring out the best in them. His vast experience spanned more than 10 years in the areas of training, facilitation, strategic human resource management, talent management and leadership. As Chief Instructor, Air Engineering Training Institute, he was responsible for the development of new courses, coaching and competency development of trainers.

Jansen’s interest in promoting innovation efforts in MINDEF saw recognition through the Outstanding MINDEF facilitator award. He was responsible for the inception of the Talent Management System and Framework to groom leadership talents of Air Force leaders and engineers.

Jansen specializes in the delivery of HR development, leadership development and talent management.  In essence, he facilitates insightful moments, instills a transformational mindset and inspires personal confidence in people.

He has facilitated programs with a diverse range of organizations, which included British Petroleum (BP), Proctor & Gamble (P&G), Inqpharm (Malaysia), Singapore Police Force, Citrix, Amore, Silkair, Ban Leong Technologies, Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and several schools in Singapore.
