This course introduces a competency-based approach to performance management. Linking employee development to competency-based performance management ensures knowledge transfer; succession planning and employee learning needs are met as part of the daily operations - paving the way to building a healthier, more productive workforce which attracts and retains qualified talents.


At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Develop and facilitate the implementation of competency-based performance management program
  • Evaluate effectiveness of competency-based performance management program
  • Promote understanding and awareness of competency-based performance management program
  • Provide support to conduct competency-based performance management reviews
  • Monitor and review competency-based performance management program & activities with evidence-based approach

Participants will receive a certificate of completion from CBLD upon completion of the training program.
